Biography
Dr. K. G. Kanade, born on 2nd June 1963 at a remote place in Maharashtra, India, holds a Ph. D. in Chemistry for the research from Pune University in2007. The Ph. D. Thesis has received G.C. Jain Thesis award by Material Research Society of India in 2008. He has received International Research Fellow award for one year at KRICT, Daejeon, South Korea in 2005, nominated for Commonwealth Fellowship. He has 27 years Undergraduate and Postgraduate teaching experience. His research interests include Nanomaterial Synthesis, Development of Visible Light Photocatalyst to Renewal of Hydrogen energy, Nanostructured catalyst to degradation of organic waste, Synthesis of ferrite materials, Gas sensor materials. He has 31 publications in international and 11 in national journals to his credit. Four research articles out of these have been ranked among the top 25 Hottest and most downloaded article with more number of citations. For research H-index 12 and i-10 index-11. One has completed and four Research scholars are pursuing Ph. D. research under his supervision. I had been successfully shouldered various academic and administrative responsibilities.
